Well although I am doing some other things I have been working all along on this Westville. since I do want to shingle this house I did not use the siding...time will not allow for it at this time for me. but Ive used my textured paint from the Glencroft and am using it again for the outside. but my daughter would not allow me another blue house so I am painting it a sage green ...at the moment....I did soften it just a bit with some white. the only problem at this time I forsee is picking out the right trim colors for the shutters. I also had some issues with the middle of the first floor sagging making the staircase and walls not meet the floor in that area!pffftso I took the roof off and put a book under the middle of the bottom and than I glued in my wall adding a can of paint to the attic floor to weight it down. next morning that problem was solved bringing to my attention of another one.the staircase.....the tabs did not want to fit....sooo I cut them off. problem sloved staircase in!! no photo of that yet.photo #1 is of the staircase and the wall problem being fixed.TTFNnutti :blink:ok I took 2 more photosphoto #2 is the textured outside with the green color on it. I only mixed a small bit to see how I would like it....I think a little lighter shade of green would be nicer.photo #3 is of the inside with the staircase in..it is not glued just yet because I havent decided if Im done with it yet.
