The parapet that comes with the kit is just a plain rectangular strip of wood which I thought was a little boring. So I decided to make it a bit more exciting by changing it to scroll patterns. I blew up a picture of the scrolls from above the door and am in the process of cutting it all out. As I don't have a scroll saw, it is taking forever, but its getting there. I think this tool will be the next on my wish list!

Haven't started on the roof yet, but that should come in the next couple weeks. Have decided what to do about the top trim though, and that should come soon too.
