Electrical and moving on to the 2nd floor

Getting the fireplace lit was quite an escapade for me. But finally it is hardwired in. It was a good learning experience. Also, notice the light above the oven.... my daughter thought of that! I painted the ceiling for the 1st floor and put it in. Tomorrow is electrical for the 2nd floor, and overhead lighting for the 1st floor. I have to start thinking about the flooring and wallpaper for the second floor now. I have bought some furniture, so I need to keep that in mind when making decisions. I had no idea when I started this, just how much is involved. I am enjoying it. Any ways here's pics of the lit fireplace etc........
