Jo Med 1,017 Posted August 11, 2009 Neat job Anna, your shingles look so tidy and perfect. I'm shingling at the moment and mine are rough in comparison. I bought economy cedar shingles and although they smell fabulous, they are pigs to fit as they are all different thicknesses. Every one needs sanding and cutting them with a craft knife requires a certain technique as they split and fracture easily. False economy I think. One other problem is that I appear to have ordered far too many (maths not my strong point) and will be shingling every house with these until the year dot - deep sigh.Jo Quote Link to comment
