That's a disappointment for sure. Not sure about the Lilliput dormer. I found an assembly for skylight, shows you the parts at least. https://www.dollhouseworkshop.net/Walmer/foxhall/Skylight/Skylight.html I would start by contacting RGT directly and see where that gets you.
